Neil is the Managing Shareholder and Director of Rentner Rust, PC and has spent most of his lengthy career at large multinational law firms. Neil’s practice focuses primarily on complex corporate and finance transactions across a broad range of industries and sectors, including the representation of both public and private companies in purchases and sales, joint ventures, strategic investments and venture capital financing, and lenders and arrangers in project, asset, corporate and municipal finance. Neil also provides counsel and strategic advice to clients regarding various legal aspects of their business operations and activities, including entity formation, corporate and risk governance and compliance.
